Cornices:

Cornices are installed along the seam of where a wall and roof or ceiling of a porch meet, making it look more finished. The top and the back are unfinished since the trim typically fits against wall and under some type of overhang. When an overhang is not present it is normal to cap with sheet metal.

All pieces come in 85" lengths and custom for your roof pitch.
